Every client must have an evaluation to determine whether they are appropriate for wellness care to improve their mobility and athletic performance or if you require collaboration with an MD to have formal physical therapy for an injury.

Assessment
$100
This is a 1 hour zoom call where you will perform a movement assessment using the Functional Movement Screen and Selective Functional Movement Assessment to locate your areas of deficits and create a custom mobility program.
We will spend the first 10 minutes reviewing your goals, limitations, past injuries, and sports activities.
We will perform the assessment and spend the last 20 minutes completing the start of your custom mobility programming with demonstrations of the movements and allowing you time to complete each!

- This package is best used for athletes that are ready to tackle their flexibility or stability issues. In this package, we tackle improving your running form, programs to jump higher, improve squatting mechanics, as well as focused areas for ankle flexibility, shoulder stretches, back stretches, and other common mobility issues.
- The in-person body work sessions include rock blades, Graston technique, Rock floss, cupping, rock pods, functional dry needling, massage, active release, muscle energy, and other manual techniques determined to be appropriate by our licensed and certified physical therapists
