Physical Therapy Wellness Pricing

Every client must have an evaluation to determine whether they are appropriate for wellness care to improve their mobility and athletic performance or if you require collaboration with an MD to have formal physical therapy for an injury.

Assessment

$100

This is a 1 hour zoom call where you will perform a movement assessment using the Functional Movement Screen and Selective Functional Movement Assessment to locate your areas of deficits and create a custom mobility program.

We will spend the first 10 minutes reviewing your goals, limitations, past injuries, and sports activities.

We will perform the assessment and spend the last 20 minutes completing the start of your custom mobility programming with demonstrations of the movements and allowing you time to complete each!

Manual Reset Session

30 minutes

This is a session to help jump start your recovery as you get ready for a competition or are not recovering as well recently. Our physical therapist and mobility coach Nicole Woodard will take you through soft tissue techniques, joint and muscle mobility and give you a few guidance exercises to complete on your own. The first 20 minutes will be used for the manual work. The last 10 minutes will be used for questions and any email communication of exercises or recommendations. 

* You must have had an assessment in the last 6 months for this body part in order to be able to attend and get the most out of your session

ONE to ONE

This is a session used to learn about your movement deficits and find a home/ at the gym mobility program you can complete on your own. The first 20 minutes will be spent reviewing your program with you and completing the training sessions and the last 10 minutes will be used for questions and to communicate the program with you via email with pictures and descriptions
