This week on Mobility Athletes Radio, I had the pleasure of speaking with Dr. Charlie Weingroff.

Charlie Weingroff is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a Certified Athletic Trainer, and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who works with many A-List celebrities and top professional athletes across all sports, including football, basketball, baseball, tennis, golf, professional wrestling, and powerlifting. He also serves as the Physical Performance Lead and Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Canadian Men’s National Basketball Team.

Charlie discusses his entrance into the physical therapy world and how he first associated with professional athletes and teams. He shares his views on accelerated protocols for injuries, recovery, and maintenance. Outside of the physical recovery from both an injury or everyday training, Charlie talks about how life in general also requires time and effort to ensure your health and wellbeing.
